Black Buffalo has begun selling its nicotine-free ZERO products since California’s ban on flavored tobacco products became effective in December 2022. These products, in both pouches and long-cut forms in multiple flavors, are not subject to the flavored tobacco ban as they contain no tobacco. Black Buffalo is now positioning these products for states and municipalities that no longer allow flavored tobacco products.
